Office Assistant (part time)

40 - 50 PLN net/month - B2B

We're looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to support our Office Manager with daily tasks. If you enjoy keeping things organized and being the go-to person for a variety of office needs, we want to hear from you!

What you'll do:

  • Help keep the office tidy and well-organized

  • Manage inventory of office supplies, equipment, and groceries

  • Unpack, organize and send out packages

  • Conduct research for purchasing technical products needed for projects, event supplies, and employee gifts

  • Process invoices and add them to our system

  • Assist in organizing company events like training sessions, team-building activities, and business trips

  • Handle other assigned tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Thinking outside the box and coming up with innovative solutions.

  • Strong written and spoken English skills (min. B2).

  • Managing tasks efficiently under time constraints.

  • Organizing tasks and prioritizing effectively to ensure important work is completed first.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.

About the role: This is a part-time position, with flexibility on how the hours are distributed - either daily, on select days, or in the afternoons. The role is on a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) with an hourly rate of 40 - 50 PLN gross, and we expect approximately a half-time commitment.
